We guarantee that all information provided by helpers is thoroughly verified to ensure your peace of mind.

Once you’ve unlocked the contact details of your chosen helpers, you can communicate with them directly through our platform. Skip the middleman and discuss job details, availability, and any specific requirements you may have.

Refunds can only be initiated if the provided contact number does not exist. To request a refund, please reach out to us within 72 hours of payment either by emailing us at Info@hirehelpz.com or by using the Contact Us form on our website. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon verification.

While browsing profiles and using basic features is free, there may be minimal charges to unlock the contact details of helpers. This helps us maintain the quality of our platform and ensure that you connect with verified helpers.
