The Terms also incorporate our privacy policy available at https://direct.hirehelpz.com/privacy-policy, along with any additional guidelines, terms, policies, and disclaimers issued from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”). The Privacy Policy and Supplemental Terms are integral parts of these Terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms regarding the applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will take precedence.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Workforce Connect India Private Limited and its affiliates (referred to as “Hire Help,” “we,” “us,” orour”) and you, whether as a user of the Services or a legal entity booking Services on behalf of end-users (referred to as “you,” “user,” or “customer”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and authority to accept and be bound by these Terms. If you are representing another individual or entity, you warrant that you have the requisite authority to bind them to these Terms.

By submitting your contact details to use the services, you agree to receive promotional calls and communications at the provided number. Please note that such communications and SMS may be facilitated through a third-party platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.2 Our platform facilitates connections between customers and helpers for a nominal fee. Services will only be available after the applicable fees have been paid.

1.3 We are not responsible for the use of any personal information you publicly disclose on the Platform. Exercise caution when sharing information.

1.4 You agree to provide true and current information. Misuse of the information on the Platform is prohibited.

1.5 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for updates.

1.6 The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use and is designed for use within India.

1.7 By using our Services, you agree to receive communications through text, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. This includes updates, promotional offers, and notifications related to your use of our Services.

1.8 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and promptly reporting any security breaches.

1.9 We may use third-party payment processors for billing through your chosen payment method. Payments are subject to the terms of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. Hire Help is not responsible for Payment Processor errors, and unsuccessful payments will be credited in accordance with the payment processor’s terms.

1.10 Once the customer connects with the helper in any manner, the relationship is solely between the customer and the helper. The company and the platform are not liable for any loss the customer may suffer if the helper’s contact details change after the initial connection.

2. Customer Guidelines

2.1 The Platform provides a listing of potential helpers. We do not specifically endorse any employee. You are responsible for assessing the experience and skills of helpers.

2.2 The information you provide to connect with helpers must be accurate and up-to-date.

2.3 We provide helper contact details, but the hiring process is entirely up to you. We are not involved in salary negotiations or employment terms.

2.4 Any disputes arising between you and the helpers should be resolved directly. Hire Help is not liable for any disputes.

2.5 Hire Help conducts a thorough verification of all documents and references provided by our helpers. Customers can independently pursue police verification of the helper at their nearest police station. It is important to note that Hire Help does not assume responsibility for the police verification process.

2.6 No Liability: We do not guarantee the performance or conduct of helpers. We are not liable for any losses or misconduct that may occur.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 All information provided by you must be accurate and truthful. We are not liable for losses due to inaccurate information.

3.2 Safe Environment: You must provide a safe and respectful environment for helpers. Helpers have the right to decline service if they feel unsafe.

3.3 Report any inappropriate behaviour by helpers within 48 hours to have them unlisted from our platform, pending verification, by contacting us at info@direct.hirehelpz.com.

4. Data Use Consent

4.1 By accepting these Terms, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Your information may be shared with affiliates and third parties for service provision, analytics, marketing, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. User Content and Reviews

5.1 License Grant: By sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, and royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for service operation and promotion.

5.2 We may request reviews for quality assessment. Reviews should be truthful and not misleading. We reserve the right to terminate accounts based on inappropriate behavior.

5.3 You agree to waive any claims regarding moral rights related to your User Content.

6. Third-Party Services

8.3 Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and access to Services will cease.

9. Replacement Policy

9.1. A replacement of the contact number is only applicable if the unlocked helper’s contact number is non-existent upon verification.

9.2 For replacement requests, contact us within 72 hours of payment at info@direct.hirehelpz.com.

10. Indemnification

10.1 You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Customer Support

12. Changes and Notifications
